Review content:
We LOVE Chetola. Our family stayed for a week over Christmas and enjoyed every single moment of it. They allowed us to have a Christmas tree and decorate and when the snow came, the kids were able to go sledding down the hills! We also stayed at Chetola for a family reunion and they were very accommodating when we needed to change one of the rooms because more family showed up and we want the units next to each other. When we had issues getting online, the staff was fantastic and able to help us resolve the issues. The grounds are beautiful and we all loved being able to walk down to the lake and see the swans. The pool wasn't overly chlorinated and the restaurant was delicious. Definitely HIGHLY recommend for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.
