Cubby called me to schedule or annual service, which was great since I didn't have to remember to make an appointment. Bob C. was at our house on time. He was very friendly and professional, and completed the service call with no disruption to our service. I enjoyed getting to talk with him, and would highly recommend him and Cubby to anyone who asked!
