Review content:
After driving for 2 hours and walking across the whole length of their parking lot with 4 suitcases, I went to check into the hotel. It was quite a walk to the elevator and then to the 2nd floor down the hall to our room. Put the key in - didn't work, put the other key in, didn't work. Went all the way back down to the lobby and told the same lady (who was actually the manager) that the keys didn't work - I didn't get an apology or anything, just two more keys. Made the same trip again to the 2nd floor and put the key in - didn't work, put the other key in, didn't work. Went all the way back down to the lobby again and spoke to the same lady and told her that these keys don't work either. She said she was going to go to the room and try for herself. She came back down about 10 minutes later and said ""the keys are working fine, the lock is broke"". She was not very nice or apologetic at all - very dissapointing, since at this point, it has been at least 40 minutes since I checked in. She got a maintenance person to come to the room and fix the lock. So after almost an hour and after walking down the halls, to the elevator, down the hall to our room THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, I finally was able to get in our room. Besides that, my only complaints were that the Sleep Number Beds were not working properly and the door to the bathroom does not open all the way, because it hits the toilet?????
