Told us the service fee was $15 and to unlock our car was $35. WAS NOT TOLD THESE WERE STARTING PRICES! They charged my husband $159 for them to unlock our car. The man said if he didn't have enough money that he would lock the car back up and leave! I called the office obviously upset for being SCAMMED! I was hung up on 3 times after arguing with them and she told me that : IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT FOR THE COUSTOMERS MISUNDERSTANDING OF WHAT WAS QUOTED! They would NOT refund my money and mocked me while on the phone with them. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!
