Floor Touch in McKinney,TX took a big job in my house . At the beginning, they were soo nice but after that they changed 100% .They said yes for everything I asked them to fix but after that they changed their mind like they took off from my plan. They talk to customer in a rude way, I couldn't believe the way they talked to me. The worker broke somethings while they were fixing and they denied what they broke and they have very very very bad customer service .
I don't recommend them to any one!
