Review content:
“What a great experience! I called and received a positive response from Jordan Garner, co-owner of Abel Appliance Repair. He was inquisitive and had several suggestion to fix the refrigerator. When was the last time someone tried to help you at their own expense. Jordan finally determined that my problem was more difficult than he could solve on the phone, but suggested that his Dad, Larry Garner, who had more experience would call me to discuss the problem. Within the hour Mr. Garner called and asked questions and determined that he could fix the problem. This happened after a major appliance company determined that the problem could not be fixed without replacing the complete inner workings of my in the counter KitchenAide refrigerator/freezer. I made an appointment, he arrived on time, he investigated the problem, he implemented a solution all within 1 ½ hours. What service, what knowledge, what experience, what conversation, Abel Appliance Repair had it all. This experience reminded me of the days when locally owned service companies were there to save the day and at a fair price, because opportunity to gain new customers was more important that a quick buck. This is the best experience I’ve had in over 30 years."
