I think it is very funny to see the reviews from this site versus some other sites about this company. They contradict each other and are so off the mark that it seems that is contrived by United VTR. \r

Horrible experience. 100% unethical! Once they had the TV in their possession, the upfront price that was quoted to repair a TV problem was changed to four times the original quoted price. At that price, I could purchase a new TV. Outrageous price! United bought the parts and repaired the TV without consulting me, therefore I am forced to pay, in order pick up my TV. This feels much like an auto repair shop trying to gouge the customer! Buyers beware!!!!
