I have been with The Carpet Hero for a long time. There is a new owner, but she kept all the old guys who know what they're doing. They're great "Go-to" carpet cleaners- they have been for a while, and they still are. They do a great job. They are not cheap, but are competitively priced. They have availability, they are reliable, trustworthy, they show up on time and do good work. I like supporting them because they are a small local business in the community. I highly recommend The Carpet Hero!
