Bought a couch 5 months ago, most comfortable couch in the show room. The one that was delivered is like its polar opposite - feels like it will take 10 years to break in, the couch is causing my wife knee problems and me back problems. Technician was sent out to inspect our couch for exchange verification, he gave my wife the impression we would be able to return it, but NO because there is no defect, apparently - all the really comfortable couches in the store are rock hard when you finally get it delivered and try to break it in for 5 months. this is an $800 leather couch after treatment and tax $1,000. Do not shop at ROOMS TO GO, be warned the couch you will get will look the same, but consider it art - no one will want to sit on it.we shopped at the one on Siegen , the salespeople are really nice. but the couches suck.
