Review content:
Basically, I liked the fact that Besco Air Inc. was very upfront with me compared to the other folks prior to working with them. I wanted to get some cold air returns installed, and I found Besco through Angie's List. The person I called was very friendly. She was the one who picked up, I believe she may be the receptionist. She seemed knowledgeable and nice, and they sent someone out immediately.
The reason why I gave four stars was because they took a while to get back to me. They were supposed to get back to me with a quote within the same day, but it took another week to hear back from them. But once they got in, they did a decent job. The gentleman who did the work was spectacular. He was quick, efficient, on board with everything, and explained everything very well. He gave me recommendations for everything and was just polite, knowledgeable, and clean. It was interesting that they had to spend an hour for prep time, which they charged me an extra hour for. The job took around 2 to 2 and a half hours, and they charged me for three hours because they had to do some factory work and buy some parts to prepare. But I didn't mind because they did a good job.
