After reading other reviews online...I went out of my way trying to make sure that place was in GREAT condition when I left...I was hoping what I read here wasn't true (it is!). I lived there for 2 years and I was a great tenant.\r

Here's their response after I let them know I didn't agree with the $575.00 out of $1050.00 deposit return....(really it takes 3 hours to clean these few things that I know were already cleaned and drip pans are $25.00!!!???)\r

""First of all, I want you to know that I confirmed with the maintenance man that was at the property that day fixing those blinds, that it was indeed Niagara Court. Which I also want to let you know you were not charged for the damage to those blinds. Second, the drip pans were not changed out, once again, we have pictures of that.
