Businiess name:  Carpenter's Automotive Service
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Carpenter's provided the following quality services for my F-150 inspection: 1. provided a prompt and flexible appointment for my response to their postal card and e-mail reminders sent to me for the inspection 2. full cooperation and assistance for my special pick up and payment arrangements 3. provided quality work on my truck by experienced and dedicated car care technicians 4. provided high quality parts for a reasonable price, and only those parts necessary to complete a thorough PA state inspection 5. returned any replaced parts to me and checked the entire vehicle for any other signs of needed service that may fall outside the state inspection requirements, but prevent an expensive repair in the near future. 6. They noticed that I had an outdated proof of insurance card and called my insurance company with a request to send me a fax with the new card. The insurance company called me for permission to do so, resulting in a new card within 20 minutes of the alert.
