Review content:
There furniture is decent and the instore purchase experience was good but they contract out for delivieres and that has ruined my entire experience. 4 days after moving in to a brand new place they deliver my couch put it together in the middle of the living room where I realize they gauged my wood floors in multiple places and now they are ruined and I ask them to move the couch to the wall and they refused and left. The couch is blocking a door way and I'm still in the middle of moving in I call rooms to go and they said they can't send someone to move the couch for 4 days...unacceptable!!!! Who knows how or when they will fix my wood floors.
