Review content:
I do not recommend this store.\r
\r
My BF was looking for a sofa for his den so we went there for an inexpensive sofa\r
since they were advertising $299 deal on TV. We found one we liked and decided to purchase.\r
When a salesman rang up the sofa, the price jumped up to $370 so I asked him why \r
and he said it was the sales tax.\r
But as I looked more closely, I found a separate line for sales tax so I asked him again \r
why the sales tax is applied twice. Then he explains that the first $70 charge is for a ""fabric protection""\r
which we were not even asked if we'd like to add or explained by him prior to him making a decision \r
to add the charge to the price of sofa.\r
Since we're going to place this sofa in a den and not even planning to keep it for more than 2 years,\r
I asked him to remove the protection service. I thought it was not worth it. But he insisted on us having this protection and got very rude when he finally took it off.\r
Other sales people there did not seem knowledgeable either. They kept asking this salesman to look up everything. \r
It was a terrible experience and we will never go back to this store again.
