We bought a Sleeper Sofa and Love Seat and when they delivered, they would not take away the old furniture.\r

The Service contract reads ""In most cases we'll move your old furniture to another room on the same floor or to the curb"". \r
\r
Well apparently we were one of the cases that where they won't move the old furniture to the curb.\r
\r
We refused delivery as my wife and I were unable to move the furniture ourselves. A manager called and told us that what we read in the service contract was a misnomer???? \r
\r
So these guys sell rooms to go, but you better have an empty room or an extra living room on the same floor for them to move the old furniture to.\r
\r
We will never step foot in Rooms To Go again.
