I recently went to RTG in Frisco on Sunday during Labor Day weekend and it was busy. When we first arrived we were greeted by New York Nick. He is a great sales person with an even better personality. He didn't stalk us and was readily available when possible considering the crowds. When we were undecided on media centers he didn't try to push the more expensive option but rather guided us to the one with the better deal. In total we bought two fabulous media consoles that were delivered promptly in the early part of window. Nick kept us informed with deliveries, called to thank us, and even gave us his cell for him to come in on is off day if needed. Nick greatly provided service before, during and most importantly after the sale.
