I recently had work done by this company and my experience was mostly good. My quote was set up rather quickly and Tony Bassett came out on a Saturday and walked through our basement where we needed quotes on heat runs. He was there about 20 minutes and left. Very nice and courteous. He then said he would call back on Monday to schedule us which he never did, so I called them to get our job scheduled. The day came and 2 gentlemen showed up and completed the work as described in the quote and did a good job. However one area that I am dissatisfied with their work came when we had our cold air return from the out side of the house moved from the side to the rear of the exterior. The vent they used on the outside looks like they took a standard cold air return vent, cut the depth off it, and then slathered the white silicone against a tan siding house. Honestly, it looks like a 3 year old did it and now I have to go remove the vent, remove the silicone, and go buy one that was
