The only reason I am giving them even ONE star is that that you cannot provide a review wihout one. I bought a couch from this Rooms 2 Go in August 2010. I had mentioned to one of the sales guys that a blood stain had been removed from my couch which was caused from a steak that my dog had snatched from the grill. The sales guy failed to mention this and just put that my couch had a blood stain on it which effectively voided the warranty. Additionally, THEIR cleaning guy had came out the day before and cleaned and REMOVED the stain!!! So right now there are NO stains on my couch but Rooms 2 Go says that my warranty is voided and will not talk to me. I currently have filed a complaint with their corporate office AND with the BBB. I am sure that Rooms 2 Go will not do anything as apparently they seek out frivolous ways to void customer's warranties. Buyers BEWARE!!!!
