After looking online for some time for a sofa I finally decide to purchase one at Rooms to Go. Why did I do that? It should be called "Rooms oh no." Of course you get greeting at the door because everyone is on commission. And I must say that my sales rep was very nice. I paid for my sofa in cash, after delivery charges and taxes it came up to also $900.00. The sales rep told me that it would be there in two days. And it was. However, for some reason the delivery person was unable to get the sofa in my apartment. Just to inform you. I don't have a small entry way. Never the less I went to the store same day and informed the store manager that I would like my money back. She went on explaining that with of take anywhere to 14 to 21 days to get a refund, which of course came as a check in the mail. Or choose a different sofa with a smaller body size that wouldn't have any problems fitting in my apartment. Then she went on to ask me if I measure my door? I told her that I felt that was a
