Review content:
This dealership is a joke, I called 5 minutes after they opened and talked to Timothy White. I made an offer on a Tahoe and was told that he would get back with me shortly. Low and behold he sold it out from under me to another customer about 3 hours later. I called numerous times to get a sales manager, well that was a waste of time. The used car manger Gary explained to me that walk in customers are living breathing people and they couldn't hold a car just because I called in. Really? Fair enough.... I decided to be a big boy and try and make a deal on another Tahoe they had. David, the so called head sales manager assured me he could fix all this, well after a 40 min drive, they made a low ball offer on my trade by 5,000 less, compared to 4 other dealerships and said he would work on it and call me shortly. Well to date I have never recieved a single return phone call. Take what you want from this rant but one thing is certain, I will never buy a vehicle from Don Ringler as long as I walk this earth. If you work at Don Ringler I hope you read this and learn how to properly treat a customer that is willing to hand over 30K+ in exchange for a good vehicle and a honest experience. The worst dealership experience I have ever encountered. \r
