Review content:
The Service Champions Technician, Omar E, who came to my home, was very professional. He was on time and did a wonderful job while he was here. He explained everything to me as he went through the maintenance for my furnace and air conditioning unit. Shame on me for missing my furnace maintenance last fall. Never again!!! He gave me recommendations for both that were not outrageously expensive and seemed to be realistic. I would like to have him back as a permanent technician if possible every time for my scheduled maintenance.
I had not had my air conditioner on sense last fall and when he was doing the service the compressor did fire up. With in no time he had it working again, something I would have never been able to do.
