Review content:
Floor Coverings International of Huntsville did a great job. We had engineered hardwood replaced throughout our house. Construction is a major purchase, and throughout the process our sales person was right there with us. She was very sweet, helpful, and patient. There were a few little things that didn't go quite like clockwork. The two rooms we had carpeted were a little short on carpet because of a mistake on measurements, but they changed their plans and got it done in the same amount of time. They have contacted me a few times to fix things, but with the holidays it hasn't quite worked out yet. However, I appreciate how conscientious they have been with contacting me and making sure that everything is okay. Overall it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend them to others.
