Through no fault of his own, I recently had to take my truck back to Maxi to address some issues that were not done correctly when first fixed. I called and talked with the owner John who informed me that he had gotten rid of the mechanics and other staff late last year who were not doing work up to his normal standards. I took my truck back in the following day after talking with him and everything was fixed totally to my expectations. All at no additional charge to me. John offers great warranty work and stands behind his pledge. I have been a happy customer for almost 5 years now and will continue to return.
