Isn't it interesting that the three negative reviews all came from the same person and were written on the same date, around the same time? Can you spell "VINDICTIVE?" And, by the way, learn to spell. Anyway, it's too bad that a single unhappy customer can have access to a forum like this and use it to create lies. An honest mistake may or may not have been made. And an honest attempt was made to remedy it. It is not the poor agency's fault if this PERSON (not 3) is still unhappy when amendments were offered. Village Travel has a spotless reputation throughout the state of California and around the country. I wouldn't hesitate to use them.\r
