I recently booked a Disney vacation through Village travel and was very disappointed when I found out they really over priced it and could have got it online for much much cheaper (even thought they said they found the best price). I agree with you who are also disappointed in this company, the person who wrote the one positive review probably works there. I find that if you book things your self online it does make it cheaper if you search for deals long enough plus they have a service fee for their unsatisfactory service. Thumbs down from me.
