There's nothing like EXPERIENCE to ensure great customer service, and this is what you ll get with this agency. We had the unfortunate luck of purchasing a brand new car, and then it got clobbered in the rear about week later. Very supportive, and fast processing, as it ended up a total. They explained how everything works, got a rental set-up, made suggestions to ensure our satisfaction and kept us in the loop.\r
We got full purchase price, + full tax & reg, so we could go out and replace it. This was through them, as the other party, turns out, had no insurance. Our uninsured motorist coverage paid the replacement & medical bills, and the accident is not held against us... can't do better than that!
