Review content:
My cat Luke at the age of 13 developed cancer in his rear leg, I went to the animal emergency and referral center and they discussed my options with me. The best treatment option would be to amputate his leg. I just couldn't put him through a major surgery like that so I took him home and let him live the rest of his days lying on my lap for the most part. When the time came and I knew he was suffering I took him back to the AERC, I was so scared to put him down but I knew it was time. The doctor and staff were very kind to my dear Luke and me, he went to sleep so peacefully and I knew I had done the right thing for Luke. The staff comforted me and I truly respect the job they do and thank them for their kindness
