Appointment scheduling staff is the most unprofessional I have had the displeasure of ever speaking to in the health care field. Not only would they not listen to my concerns about our sons shots, they hung up on me when I asked questions. It was our first time going to this poor excuse of a medical facility and all we wanted to do was ensure we were getting the correct shots for our appt. After reluctantly deciding to show up, I asked the front desk who I could speak to about the scheduling staff. I was given a name and number for a supervisor. I called and she said she would look into the matter and pull the recording and then call me back. Never heard from her again after several months. I called again and left a message. Still no word from her. If you give this kind of care to people on the phone, you may as well expect the same in the exam room.
