Review content:
Horrible experience with the owner of York Furniture, Lawrence Bell. He threatened to call the police because we went in to personally (and reasonably) talk to him about our dissatisfaction with our purchase, which had been misrepresented in the catalog. He was threatening us with a raised voice, and really didn't care about our complaint because (and I quote Mr. Bell here), ""I have millions"". Very disappointing, as we were repeat customers and had never had a problem before. We sure won't be going back!
