This nightmare started May 17, we\r
Bought a sofa and love seat. We were told we would have it in three weeks on the fith week we still didn't have it ,after trying to call the so called manager several times we were told we would have the furniture on falling Saturday between 12 & 4 We waited till 6pm. Having to go out we left my adult gr. Son to wait. Never got a phone call from the store. When we arrived home we were told it arrived at 8pm. When I went to look at it I was so up set I cried, it was not my furniture. Not only that it was damaged.after several weeks they came to pick up the sofa with a replacement and guess what the leather was torn and they tried to cover it with marker ! Needless to say no one will answer my calls and it's been another 3 weeks. They have a big surprise coming! If you don't want to get screwed stay away from that place they call a furniture store total wait so far is 3months. Someone from the store called few days ago wanting to set up appointment to repair thr furniture ! Right it coast me 4000.00 and I bought damaged furniture? I gong think so. I'm going to do everything I can to put them out of business!
