I have used Arab before with another residence that I owned. They were prompt courteous and timely. I sold that residence and moved in to a townhome with a bond from another pest company. (I won't say any names but their initials are BugMan Pest Elimination.) I had to deal with them because the townhome was bonded under them. I had nothing but problems. BugMan never showed up on time, if even at all. The scheduling lady at BugMan is so rude and unprofessional. BugMan never called me to let me know they were running late etc. I missed several hours that I could have been working waiting on them. My BugMan Termite bond was expiring and I needed to do my 10 year retreat. Once again, they were extremely late, no phone call. \r

Remembering that I had used Arab before, I called Carol Dawn at Arab and told her of my problem. She was so nice to inquire as to see if she could have Arab take over my termite bond. Arab is going to do my 10 year retreat and I will no longer have to deal with BugMan. Thanks Arab!!! Once again, your courtesy and promptness have gained my business!!!
