My heater broke and I got it replaced the following day (it was late in the evening when I called the day before) Anyways the technician Francisco Magana was amazing!! Spoke both English and Spanish, very professional and great customer service. We were quoted a price and after inspecting our water heater, he suggested additional work to be done. He was very honest, and answered all my questions. He was not persistent when advising the additional work. It made it easier to think about the expense and what alternatives we had.
Francisco was overall a great technician to work with, and I highly recommend his services.
It took about two hours to get everything done, but that included removing the old water heater, installing the new one, and all the additional work that was included. He took care of hauling away the old heater, and cleaned up after himself.
Very satisfied to have met him, and thankfully we have hot water once again.
