I have purchased a very nice HVAC system from Service Champions back in 2010. With the investment I made, I decided it was very important to do regular maintenance on my system, to ensure the longevity of that investment.
Service Champions is one of those rare companies that really do deliver on the 5-star promise. I have signed up for their membership program, where it costs $16 a month, but they do an annual maintenance on the AC and Heater, which is totally worth the month.
Every dealing I've had with their technicians, is always a great experience. They are very friendly, respectful and upfront on what work they are doing. I want to give a special recognition of "job well done" to Omar Estrada for a recent maintenance visit done on my heater.
During the visit, he noticed there was some water damage around the floor on my heater, and pointed it out to me that it could possibly be due a roof leak. I've already contacted my HOA to have repairs done, but am glad he was able to notice that, as I wouldn't have (being that my furnace is located in the attic). He did his work, explained everything that was done, and left the area around the furnace cleaner than when he arrived.
This is one of those rare companies that you get more than what you pay for. They are not the cheapest, but then again, why should they be? You really do get what you pay for. Highly recommend this company!
