Review content:
The service advisor I dealt with was rude and didn't listen too well to me. With that being said I ended up paying $192 and nothing got fixed, I called for the manager the next evening and left a message and still have not heard back from them. I will be going down there and wasting time on my Saturday to figure this out. On top of all that when I picked up my car the check engine light was on, I know it wasn't there for that but they could have at least checked it out or said something. This experience has me so pissed off at Benna Ford. Buck and the sales side of it was awesome but this service department is lacking to say the least! I'm hoping to get this resolved so that I can buy my next vehicle from Benna but as of now it's not looking very good!
