AmeriSpec Inspection Services is the only inspection service I will use. They are incredibly helpful and very, very thorough. I love the packet of information and disc they give once they have thoroughly looked at a property.
They have everything in there, from what is in good shape to what needs some work. We just felt at ease having them go through everything. They were on time and very communicative during the whole process. I would definitely recommend them.
