Review content:
I've waited 23 hours before I wrote this review because I wanted to calm down first. We had a clogged drain in the bathroom sink. I removed the trap to clean it out but it was clear. Crap, the clog was in the wall. I called Roto Rooter and they said they would be out sometime in the next 4 hours. They were, just. The worker brought ina machine I thought should be used for clearing tree roots not a 1-1/2 drain. He set it up, and it took him five minutes to clear the clog. However, in the progress, he broke the pipe that comes down from the sink so when he hooked everything up, it now leaked like a sleeve. So now, on top of the $390 bucks he wanted for clearing the drain, he wanted another $320 to fix the pipe he broke. I told him to pick up his tools and leave. I called ...., they were out in 30 minutes and had the broken pipe replaced in 15 minutes and charged $98.00.
