Review content:
This place raises the rent every 6 months. I had been using this facility for 5 years. I paid my rent which was due for Feb. 16th to March 17th. I decided to move my stuff out of storage, and moved it out on Feb. 28th. I had expected them to pro rate the bill, but was told they don't do that. So I got fleeced out of a half months rent. They also charge you $12 a month for insurance. In case they have to take your stuff to storage, which they never had to do. I didn't get that money back eithat! CubeSmart states that you have use of their truck for FREE, if you rent from them. I was charged a $39.00 fee, for using their truck!! I don't recommend anyone use this facility for storage.!!!
