I cannot say enough about the customer service received by Harlan and his staff.? The reception by Harlan and his staff is always the same.? A friendly smile, an offer for cookies, coffee or water, and a willingness to help.? Whether in person or over the phone, I always know that Harlan and his staff are going to go above and beyond to take care of me and my family. ?From a new car purchase, to a claim, to a willingness to meet with me and work around my schedule I have always been impressed by the attention and service my family has received from Harlan?s office.
