Review content:
I have been consistently attempting to obtain a headstone/marker from Levy Funeral Home on Bissonnet in Houston since last summer 2015. It is now almost March 2016. More phone calls and emails with the staff and personal visits than I can count. I have never been able to get a definite answer as to any kind of status as to where the marker is or why it is not manifesting, just nebulous responses.\r \r The woman who appeared to be in charge of this I am told last week is no longer employed. I have never received updates or communication from the company. It has always been me that has initiated status contacts.\r \r I would like to speak to the funeral director but cannot find any way to access this person or find out who this person is.\r \r I would like my father's grave to have his marker, He was buried April 17, 2015.\r \r Can anyone assist me. This has become a painful experience as well as an unacceptable experience. I am baffled that a company like this that offers the service has failed so miserably in a service they supposedly clearly offer.\r \r The Leavitt family
