Review content:
The office in AG is a pleasant place to visit. It is neat and artractive. The sign-in process is stream lined and everything runs very smoothly. There really is never much waiting, I noticed. The secretary at the front desk is good at answering questions and very knowledgeable. The emails have been consistent and helpful at getting information to me. At times, it seems the orthodontist is very formal and serious in demeanor. He speaks minimally to the patient, and little if anything to the parents. Some times the difference between good and great are the little touches, like a warm smile and a friendly greeting that puts you at ease. The office is not set up well for a parent to sit next to a nervous young child who is a first time patient or worried about what will happen and how it will feel. The initial placement of the blue material which formed blocks so the mouth would not close, seemed excessive and almost tortuous for a child to try to chew food with teeth that suddenly do not meet in the middle. When asking around, many other kids with braces never had to adjust to such a thing for any length of time. That part of the treatment seemed unnecessary. Because of the quick in and out of these visits, and the friendly manner of almost everyone there, I would recommend this office to others.
