I purchased 2 air filters for my furnace, which I only received 1. The filter was different from previous filters. I was told that the mfg recommended the change. Well this new filter was hard to get into provided space so I stopped and called. I spoke to a person by the name of April she was very condescending indicating I was just not putting the filter bin correctly and maybe I need to have someone else try because the filter was the correct size and she didn't know what else to tell me .I explained that I'd tried and I simply didn't want to bend the filer as they were expensive. She offered no other help, I asked to speak to her supervisor whom she came back after a long wait for me on the phone and said he was not available. She said she would have him call which she didn't. I call back today to talk to person named Layla. I informed her that I'd found the filter at a much cheaper price and I need a RPL (return purchase label) she was nice and informed me that she was not sure what the procedure was to return purchased items, she would have Corey Tolbin, to call me back. Mr. Tolbin did call me back and explained that the mfg of the furnace, which by the way I purchased from Washington Energy, had recommended the new filter as they find more firmly and wouldn't allow dirt particles to get into system as much as other filters. I explained that that was all well and good, as the customer who couldn't get the filter into the furnace that was not working for me and I simply needed the RPL to get my money back. He informed me that I'd have to send the filer back at my cost and I'd be Lee's their shipping fees. Now I'm going to send this filter back and I truly hope it doesn't take an inordinate amount of time to have most of my $87.60 returned. I'm very disappointed with this poor customer service. I spent a lot of money on this furnace, which by the way when the furnace was installed they didn't replace the flashing around the chimney and RATS burrowed holes and got into my house so I had to have exterminator and chimney repair cost. Soooo I'm not very happy with this company's service. I sincerely hope I will receive my refund as soon as possible. Disgurtal customer Annie Green
