Zack is a highly skilled plumber and also knowledgeable of the other skilled trades which is great when your plumbing project include other trades. Throughout the project, he was professional and was responsive to questions and the inevitable problems that come up with a remodel. What was a significant plus is that Zack also has an impeccable sense of design and taste you can rely upon when selecting products, fixtures and finishes. \r
As for the quality of the work for this remodel, the City inspectors were impressed and has nothing but positive feedback for the work at every step of the project. \r
I don?t know if I would have undertaken such large investments in the house and projects if Zack hadn?t come out to inspect the hot water tank. The new tankless water heater and the whole house water filter system to protect that hot water system far exceed the expectations I had. Not to mention the value they add to the future resell price.
