Steer clear of these guys. They charge $39 just to come to your house to give an estimate and the bad part is that they never tell you in advance that there will be a charge for providing estimates.\r \r Their technicians are not knowledgeable, and tell you to fix things which are working perfectly right. They provide very dubious explanation of repair work needed and ALWAYS try to tack on some extra work which is not really required.\r \r Their ""Gold Star"" service is worthless because they do not do anything when they come to ""tune-up"" the furnace. A guy came to our house to tune-up the furnace, and was insisting that I leave and not watch over him while he was working. He just opened the furnace cover and brushed off some dirt; kept looking in the furnace for some time without actually doing anything. Then he closed the cover and handed me a bill of $189. That was it. One could easily service a furnace in this manner within 30 minutes.\r \r Moreover, they rarely come on the given time and do not even call to let the customer know that they are late.
