Thank You for a "JOB WELL DONE" on FRI, 19-Feb 2016, during the installation of a NEW American Standard Toilet, which was performed by Mr James Labasan. In addition to the removal of the old toilet, Mr Labasan also replaced the angle stop valve located in the same bathroom, as well as thoroughly CHECKED THE NEW TOILET FOR LEAKS, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, AND LEFT THE INSTALLATION AREA CLEAN. Please know that I greatly appreciated the efforts provided by Mr Labasan during his visit AND was impressed by the manner in which he conducted himself as well as by the helpful information he gave me prior to his departure. Lastly, I feel blessed that I was fortunate to have an experienced Plumbing Technician, such as Robert James Labasan, AND WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS WHATSOEVER, AFFIRM THAT MR LABASAN EARNED A "10" RATING FOR HIS JOB PERFORMANCE AND EFFICIENCY DURING HIS SERVICE VISIT TO MY HOME.
