We like having you service our vehicles because of the honesty & integrity of Joel & Larry. It is rare that you find people in the auto repair business that you trust. We trust Larry & Joel to provide the repairs we need and not over service our vehicles even if it means less business for Mansfield Auto. This approach pays itself back because you have earned our loyalty. We have several examples where Boch Toyota has said we need repairs that we did not. Last repair is case in point. Boch said we needed $1900 in repairs which you did for $1100 because some repairs (new ball joints) were not needed.
