Our church needed new letters for our letterboard and I shopped around online. National Readerboard Supply seemed like they had the lowest prices, so I gave them a call. We had a lot of strange requests and we needed them to match our old letters, which were different styles and fonts, and they accommodated us perfectly.
Kayla helped me every step of the way and we were in touch for two weeks while she made sure I was satisfied. I faxed Kayla a copy of our letters and though they didn't have the exact same letters, she showed me samples that would be comparable and assured me that they would be the closest match. We ended up ordering 250 letters from National Readerboard Supply online and Kayla told us if we weren't happy, we could send them back and get new letters as long as we payed the shipping. I thought this was fair and very nice of her.
I really appreciate the time and care Kayla took to make sure I was satisfied. I'm glad National Readerboard Supply exists and I'm glad I went with them. They made ordering online easy by their prompt customer service and we're very happy with the product.
