I had a problem with a dead lawn after returning from vacation, I called B&B, was scheduled as soon as possible and my lawn is getting better and better everyday. I mean it is extremely reasonable to have to wait. No company is going to treat your problem and have it be fixed at the snap of your fingers. Be reasonable. I have them for my termite service, my pest control service and now my lawn service. They're good people and if ever you actually have problem as far as service, call them, speak to the people in the office, if that doesn't work ask for the manager. They will gladly transfer you. Talk to them before you go out ranting about them on reviews. These people are trying to make a living and THEY'RE PEOPLE TOO. It's not like you're trying to reason with a machine. Check them out and take the risk for yourself.
