I'm a Marriott Platinum Elite member with 2,095 stays. \r The Pros:\r * Friendly/helpful staff (front house, maids, & maintenance)\r * Good value for the $\r * Shuttle service\r * Remodeled rooms and really nice kitchens (with full size ovens)\r * Good food, although I haven't been to India night, I like the idea and the pictures on twitter are awesome. \r * Hotel is in a great location away from major roads yet the METRA (Lake Cook Road Station) is a very short walk away. \r \r The Cons:\r * Door and windows are very very drafty in winter (based on 3 different rooms. A 2Bdrm and 2 studios).\r * Air Conditioner did not work properly (based on 3 different rooms. A 2Bdrm and 2 studios) until they were replaced/serviced recently.\r * The front desk staff rarely notifies me when I have a package.\r * My car was vandalized (windshield broken) while parked in the hotel parking lot (I suspect from a few of the Discover Interns playing ball in the parking lot).\r * I have never been offered an upgraded roo
