The company owner Tim Townsend told me he would have my bathroom done if 4 or 5 days...which was wonderful. It is a smaller master bath and we wanted the old tile removed and new put in along with a shower.
His installer...Edin...arrived the first day 2 haours late...then after looking at the bathroom sat outside on his phone and smoking for over half an hour...then had to leave. Day after day hes late...leaves early ( always the same excuses...wife in hospital, nobody to take son to footbal practice and hes sick and needs to go). Or just does a no show. This has gone on for 2 weeks. Tim when he does answer tells us to take it uo with edin...he did his part...what part has tim done besides take our money??? We tried to go after edin however the name inter tile on his truck, doesnt even exist
