Actually I gave them the correct info regarding the type of windshield I have and after removing the old one and taking my car apart the mister told me he brought the wrong one and had to get the new one. 40 minutes later he is back and installs it. After leaving I checked the car and my windshield wiper fell off. He returned to fix that, and after leaving for the second time I realized he forgot to put the piece that covers the wires to my rearview window on. So he returned for the 3rd time to fix that, which wasn't done properly either. He put tape on the windshield and told me it wasn't dry yet. Safelite does not do that. Which was my first choice. However due to cost I went with Glass Masters. But apon payment was told I was quoted before tax and then he also added a 10.00 fee to my charge as well. It came to 228. Not far from the quote by Safelite of 265 out the door. Then I get in to drive it and its the wrong windshield. I contacted the company and the owner Maddie said she would return the money or replace it the next day. They came to do that and brought the wrong windshield again and then refused to change it out or return my money. Saying it is the correct windshield. IT IS NOT! I am very unhappy with this company and the customer service I was provided. I will never use or recommend this company.
